Mikhail — Maker, Druvtara Studio

Mikhail spent the first chapter of his career working in unicorn startups, then co-founding and scaling an IT services firm — trading data and AI engineering for the tactile reality of working with wood.

His work is heavily influenced by the Japanese concept of Shibui — understated, functional beauty — and a lifelong obsession with mechanical integrity rooted in motorcycling. The result is work that is rigorous in construction and restrained in expression.

At Druvtara, the distance between the blueprint and the build is zero. Every piece is designed, cut, and finished by the same hands that conceived it. No studio. No subcontracting. Just a maker at his bench.
