The Wabi-Sabi approach means imperfect edges are embraced rather than corrected. No two trays will be identical at the grain level. What looks like variation is, in fact, character.
Dense, heavy, satisfying. Solid enough that you could theoretically use it as a weapon — though that is not its intended purpose.

Care & Maintenance
- Wipe with a dry cloth after each use. Avoid soaking.
- Re-oil with food-safe mineral oil every 6 months if used daily.
- Do not place in a dishwasher or leave submerged in water.
- Light sanding with 400-grit and a re-oil will restore any surface scuffs.
